At Focus, we realize that we are nothing without our great coaches. Having high standards when selecting coaches is one of the cornerstones of our program. Focus coaches are special because of what they bring and what they are willing do for their athletes. They understand strategy, they stay current on the latest aspects of the sport, they invest in both the team and individuals, they have vision, they have heart, they can and will overcome adversity, they teach, they have a strong moral compass.... they are role models.
