Focus Field Hockey is happy to consider requests for financial assistance from members. You can apply using the registration link below.

Once we have received the form, our club directors will review your request and send you a confirmation email upon approval. If you do not receive an email within 14 days of submitting your request, please contact kristen@focusfieldhockey.com.

If your request is approved, you may be asked to complete volunteer work on behalf of the club to give back to the Focus Field Hockey community.
