Focus Field Hockey was established in Charlottesville in April 2017 as part of a collaboration with the C'Ville United club. It serves the Charlottesville area and surrounding cities such as Culpeper, as well as central Virginia generally.

We aim to provide excellent training and opportunities for athletes of all ages and stages, from our annual rec leagues to our more competitive club programs. Progress and fun are two key components of any Focus program.

In 2020, Focus added girls lacrosse in Charlottesville as part of our partnership with the AGFHL/AGLL. We currently run programs for elementary and middle school lacrosse athletes as well as the annual AGLL lacrosse league each Spring!

We don't like to brag, but our amazing Focus coaches are the heart of the club. These dedicated coaches all bring amazing experience, a passion for the game and, most importantly, a love for the athletes to each practice. We all remember the coaches who touched our lives, who challenged us to be more than we knew we could be and who supported us through thick and thin. At Focus, you will find that kind of dedication to the whole athlete, on and off the field.
